- HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY MARCH! Sep 2010
The MARCH Centre is one year old in September 2010. During its infancy, members
have shared details of numerous seminars, conferences and funding opportunities,
and have published dozens of papers including vitamain
A supplementation in pregnancy, child survival and malaria control
and numerous articles from the Towards 4+5 research consortium. Meetings and a journal
club have helped connect students with established researchers.
Following an enthusiastic review meeting in June, and with a £5000
grant from the school, MARCH's second year will see the centre expand its
activities into workshops, a seminar series and more. To join MARCH and
make sure you don't miss anything, contact
